We help you learn to speak Italian, from the basics to fluency. Language can be learned through courses on grammar and vocabulary, and we have those, but the real heart of our learning comes from the interaction of members online in groups and calls, a real chance to practice speaking Italian with other passionate learners.
We believe you can’t learn to speak another language unless you learn the culture it comes from. Well, I guess you could, but why would you want to? Especially when the world knows and loves the rich traditions and culture of Italy. We learn Italian through by exploring Italy’s rich history and diving deep into it’s culture.
The more we share, the more we learn.
This motto is all about how important it is for us to have a community of like-minded, curious, and passionate lovers of the Italian language and culture to learn Italian, practice speaking and most of all just enjoy the fun of being a part of something special.
Born and raised in the cradle of the Renaissance, Florence, Italy, Violante was immersed in the rich art and culture, which led her to pursue a Masters in Art History, and Education. Her passion took her around the globe, working in museums, offering workshops, and teaching in schools.
Violante has taught over 1500 hours of private Italian tutoring and over 500 hours of group classes. She currently leads all the events on Italian Together.
Now settled with her family in Toronto, Canada, Violante is passionate about sharing the Italian culture through Italian Together, spending time in art galleries, museums, and in nature, and cuddling with her two cats.
I believe in the beauty of all cultures and the importance of sharing this with others. Teaching Italian to passionate learners led me to create this beautiful community, and I can't wait for you to join us! I'm sure you will feel excited and engaged in learning all about the Italian culture while learning to speak Italian Together!!
